At Magnates, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email)
3. Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email info@magnatesofficial.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service — customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
• Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
